Peppermint is one of my favorite essential oils. It is so versatile, refreshing and affordable!!!! I always have a diluted roller bottle in my purse for headaches, pain or as you will see below, other things. It is so wonderful, I thought I would share with you my top 12 ways to use Peppermint Oil. Remember, since peppermint contains the component menthol, it can be neurotoxic when applied near the face of a child, so it is not recommended for children under 6.
Emotional and Mental Uses:
Used for clear thinking, concentration, purification, mental clarity, dispel negativity, cleansing sacred space and ritual objects, increase psychic sensitivity, clears energy, uplifts the mind to reduce fatigue, awakens, refreshes, stimulates new ideas and creativity, and supports self confidence.

If you wanted to pair crystals with this lovely oil, obsidian, ametrine, kunzite, carnelian, amber, dumortierite, and tigers eye are all excellent choices. Wear them as a necklace or bracelet, carry in a pouch, or just have in your pocket.

It should not be used with children under 6 as it can cause central nervous system problems in young children, take care when using around infants and babies. *1 Below are recommended dilution ratios.
